Headache and increased body temperature (fever kind of) come with a running nose -- if this continue a person is unable to do many things, can't sleep, can't work well and can't cook. So everything comes at a halt.

I love single medecine treatment, Allium Cepa 30 CH worked. Water was coming out of nose, specially when face is tilted down and lots of sneezing were coming in sudden outbursts. Allium Cepa was given four to five times a day, three drops each time on the tongue (for adult). It helped a lot. I think in 2 to 4 days, running nose will turn normal.

Another problem started, a headache (due to running nose) so Belladonna 30 CH was given three drops three times at an interval of 10 to 15 minutes (for adult). Headache was minimised.

Essential Nyas For A Sadhak To Do Everyday
