Did you ever give Chhappan Bhog to your favorite deity? No? But you might have seen photos of many temples where perhaps Chhappan or more than Chappan Bhogs were given. If you visit Mehandipur Balaji of Hanumanji, you may see Bhog of lots of sweets there. I’ve seen lots of photos of a deity with lots of Bhoga, perhaps it was Tripati Balaji, don’t exactly remember.
Giving 56 kinds of Bhoga is historical, it is coming from ancient times — but these days, people will hardly recognize some of its names (it is backfire of eating readymade things). If any woman know how to cook all of them, I would consider her as a avatar of goddess Annapurna.

Alternately, you may make your own customized 56 Bhog (vegetarian), like Idli, Dosa, Kheer, Halwa, Kachori, Baigan-Ka-Bharta and so forth — but just make sure they have all the taste of the tongue.
